Mr. Sousa is an owner and principal of the firm. Mr. Sousa joined CEC in March of 1996 and has over fifteen years experience on projects nationally. He was promoted to Associate / Senior Project Manager in 2002. Under his guidance and work ethic, the company has grown over 50% in annual billings. He is responsible for initial client contact on all new projects, preparation of proposals, project construction cost estimates, in-house scheduling of personnel, direction of the overall design intent and tracking of job progress with attention to clients needs and schedules. Projects: Rhode Island State House, Crossroads, RI, Xaverian Brothers High School, Suffolk County Courthouse, Annapolis Academy, Chicago Candle Factory and Crown Colony Marriott.

Mr. Newell is an owner and principal of the firm. Mr. Newell joined the firm in January of 2006 and has over nineteen years of experience in engineering. He has been involved with major projects up to 375,000 square feet from initial design concept through construction administration. His experience includes: hospitals, educational facilities, housing, libraries and manufacturing facilities. His responsibilities include overall project review and management.

Mr. DiSpigno is an owner and principal of the firm. Prior to joining Creative Environment Corp. in October of 2006, Mr. DiSpigno owned and operated Trinity Engineering Associates, Inc. as an electrical consulting engineer, for six years. With over 25 years experience as a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer, Mr. DiSpigno brings to the company experience in the design and specification of Lighting, Controls, Power Distribution, Generator, Fire Alarm, and Life Safety Systems for all levels of Governmental, Institutional, Educational, Housing, and Commercial Facilities.
